MYSED Team Building 2.0 - 13 Nov 2023

MYSED Team Building 2.0 which was conducted at Borneo Tribal Village Obut Pikatang Villagestay on 8-10 November 2023. A total of 66 participants from #mysed division offices throughout Sarawak participated in the Team Building 2.0. The Team Building Opening Ceremony was completed by the Ministry's Deputy SUT, Mr. Dolhadi Bin Mazuki.
The Closing Ceremony of Team Building and Presentation of certificates and prizes was completed by the Ministry's SUT, Yang Berusaha Mr. Morshidi Fredrick. Also present were Datuk Peter Nansian Anak Ngusie, Owner of Borneo Tribal Village, Singgai Bau and the Chief Assistant Secretary of the Ministry's Corporate Administration Division, Mr. Abdul Rani Bin Abdullah.

Traditional Sports Carnival 2023 - 13 Nov 2023

Sarawak Stage Traditional Sports Carnival 2023 which has been held on 11-12 November 2023 at Pehin Setia Raja Square, Mukah.
The Opening Ceremony was officiated by Sarawak's Deputy Minister of Youth, Sports and Entrepreneur Development, YB Dato Gerald Rentap Jabu together with Telian Assemblyman N.57, YB Royston Bin Valentine on the first day of the carnival.
This Traditional Sports Carnival includes 6 types of sports including Salui Bidar Lukut, Menyumpit, Pangkah Gasing Rado, Traditional Archery, Tug of War and Roundabout Football.
The Closing Ceremony was carried out by the N.58 Balingian Assemblyman YB Abdul Yakub Arbi accompanied by a ceremony to present prizes to the winners. Thank you and well done to MYSED HQ, MYSED Mukah Division for their cooperation in making the Sarawak Level Traditional Sports Carnival a success.

Second Series of Procurement Procedures Course@ 2023 - 12 Oct 2023

The Ministry of Youth, Sports and Entrepreneur Development together with the State Finance Secretary's Office and Internal Audit Unit, Sarawak Premier's Department held the Second Series of Procurement Procedures Course on 10-11 October 2023 at the Merdeka Palace Hotel, Kuching. This course is a continuation of the First Procurement Procedures Course which was held in June 2022 through the e-zoom application.

Youth Got Skills @ Gunting Rambut workshop which was attended by 40 youths at Rumah Panjang Nora, Bakong, Miri organized by #MYSED Miri Office. The Closing Ceremony of Youth Got Skills @ Gunting Rambut was completed by YB Datuk Dr. Penguang Anak Manggil, Deputy Minister of Cloud Health, Housing & Local Government (Public Health & Housing) is also the N76 Marudi assemblyman.

MICROSOFT POWERPOINT (INTERMEDIATE)@2023 organized by the Sarawak Ministry of Youth, Sports and Entrepreneur Development was held on 2-3 October 2023 (Monday & Tuesday) AC Solution Institute, Satok. This course is held to provide exposure to MYSED staff on how to use the BITMOJI application and apply it in Powerpoint. In addition, participants were also exposed to the use and filling of infographics.

Integrity Day Celebration & ICC Mysed 2023 Convention Awards Night - 26 Sep 2023

Integrity Day Celebration & ICC Mysed 2023 Convention Awards Night which took place on 26 September 2023 at #thewaterfronthotel kuching. The ceremony was officiated by YB Dato Sri Haji Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah, Sarawak's Minister of Youth, Sports and Entrepreneur Development. Also present were Sarawak's Deputy Minister of Youth, Sports and Entrepreneur Development, YB Dr Ripin Lamat and Ybhg. En Morshidi Fredrick, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry and invited guests from government agencies.
The 'Ready Steady Go' group from the Miri Divisional Superintendent's Office has been crowned the ICC Convention Champion and will represent MYSED at the final stage of SCSICA. Congratulations to the winners.

Ministry of Youth, Sports and Entrepreneur Development Sarawak - MYSED go Rural in conjunction with the Lementing Raft Challenge 2023 in Long Loyang/Long Sobeng, Ulu Tinjar, Baram on 23 September 2023. YB Encik Dennis Ngau, Telang Usan N77 assemblyman completed the closing ceremony of the Lementing Raft Challenge 2023. Also present is YBhg. Mr. Morshidi Fredrick, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Acting Beluru District Officer, Mr. Charles Aloysius Lisu, MTCP representative, Ms. Mona Octavia Sulai and several tribal leaders in the area. Various activities have been organized such as Long Loyang Got Talent, Gotong Royong, Tug of War Competition and Coloring Competition for children.
