The opening of the Carnival Jom Heboh (Segulai Sejalai Sarawak) 2024 was officiated by the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture Sarawak, also acting as the Minister of Youth, Sports and Entrepreneur Development Sarawak, YB Dato Sri Haji Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah, representing the Sarawak Premier earlier this evening.
