TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Applicants must be youth aged between 15 to 40 years.
2. Applicants must be local Sarawak youth and Malaysian citizens.
3. Applications must cover aspects such as participation, exposure, development, and growth of youth within value-based networks related to music, theatre, creativity, and innovation (arts and design, video production, video games, animation, film, and others).
4. For large funding amounts, disbursement will be made in stages based on progress reports or achievement milestones.
5. Applicants are required to complete the application form (Form MYSED/BELIA/SYCIF/2025) provided, together with a program proposal paper (MYSEDS/BELIA/SYCIF/PP).
6. If the applicant is from a Youth Association, it must be registered under ROS or ROY or the relevant authority (Resident/District Officer).
7. A complete report after the implementation of the program must be submitted to the Ministry of Youth and Sports Sarawak for reference and record purposes.
