The official delegation led by YB Dato Sri Haji Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah, Minister For Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Sarawak and Minister For Youth, Sports and Entrepreneur Development of Sarawak has safely arrived in Seoul, Korea for an official visit to several government sports and youth agencies in the country.
The itinerary of this visit includes the Korea Institute of Sports Science (KISS), Korea Sports Promotion Foundation (KSPO), Seoul Start Hub, Seoul Sports Council, and Seoul Metropolitan Government.
The delegation, led by YB Dato Sri Haji Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah, also visited several world-renowned sports centers and facilities including the Seoul World Cup Stadium and Gocheok Skydome.
He was accompanied by both Deputy Ministers of Youth, Sports & Entrepreneur Development of Sarawak, YB Dato Gerald Rentap Jabu and YB Datuk Dr Ripin Lamat. Among the delegation were also YB Tuan Sapiee Haji Ahmad, the Secretary-General of the Sarawak National Youth Organization #SABERKAS, and Tuan Morshidi Fredrik, Permanent Secretary of MYSED.

Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM) will conduct the Economic Census 2026 (BE2026). BE2026 is the sixth economic census, implemented every five years since 2000.
The census aims to collect comprehensive data covering all economic activities in the country, including the wholesale and retail trade sectors.
The implementation of BE2026 also covers business establishments as well as non-profit organisations. The data collected will serve as a vital reference to support more effective and sustainable national development planning.
