KUCHING, September 9 – The Human Resource Section of the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Entrepreneur Development (MYSED) organized the Review Session of the GEMS System, Personal Files, and Service Record Book Number 2/2025 involving all MYSED staff.
The session aimed to ensure that the service information of every officer and staff member is complete, accurate, and up to date, covering records of appointments, leave, and personal details. This process also serves as an internal control measure to enhance a more systematic and accountable human resource management.
In addition, a Urine Drug Test screening was conducted in collaboration with the National Anti-Drug Agency (AADK). The screening aimed to ensure a healthy, drug-free, and disciplined working environment among ministry personnel, in line with efforts to nurture an excellent and credible public service.
Through this session, MYSED reaffirmed its continuous commitment to strengthening human resource governance while ensuring the well-being and integrity of its staff.
